I don't sell a Kajabi course, but my client still receives the "login" email. How can I address this issue?

If you have a "Ghost Offer," which is an Offer without any products in it, your client will still receive an automated email with login details. This behavior is common in Kajabi, even when using Stripe or Paypal.

To address this issue, you can change the content of the login email under Settings > Email Templates in Kajabi. However, please note that this will affect the login email for all Offers.

Alternatively, you can consider using a work-around as suggested in this blog post: https://www.kjb-users.nl/blog/kajabi-ghost-offer-schakel-de-log-in-email-uit . The work-around provides steps to customize the use of the login email for ghost offers.

To address this problem more effectively, I recommend submitting a feature request to Kajabi. You can do this by visiting their ideas page at https://ideas.kajabi.com and submitting a new idea. You can use the provided text examples to explain the issue and suggest improvements to the log-in email behavior for ghost offers.

Can you make the automated 'Welcome email’ for granted offers and activation webhook url optional? Or don’t send an email when a Ghost offer is used. It is confusing for people when they get log-in details if they don’t buy an online course, but just a coaching session, ebook or webinar.

or

Please don’t create a Kajabi members account for people that purchase a ghost offer or that are granted a ghost offer with an activation webhook url.

Creating an account is confusing because they do not get access to any course or product.
