A new customer cannot be found under People after a successful purchase

If a new customer doesn't appear under People after a successful sale, it may be because you haven't added the Offer Webhook URL to your Linktopay Checkout page.

To resolve this issue, follow these steps:

  1. Copy the Activation webhook URL from your Offer settings in Kajabi.
  2. Go to the Linktopay Editor for your product in Kajabi.
  3. Paste the Activation webhook URL into the appropriate field in the Linktopay Editor.

By adding the Activation webhook URL, you ensure that the customer's information is properly captured and synced with your Kajabi People list after a successful purchase.

Please note that the Offer Webhook URL is specific to each Offer, so make sure to add the correct URL for the corresponding product.
