New customer is not added to an email sequence

If the new customer is not added to an email sequence after a successful purchase and you are sure the automations are setup correctly, check your system settings to ensure that people can receive marketing emails as well. Here's how you can do it:

  1. Go to your Kajabi admin dashboard.
  2. Click on "Settings" in the top navigation menu.
  3. Select "Checkout Settings" from the dropdown menu.
  4. Under the "Email Opt-in" section, choose the option for "Automatic" to enable people to receive marketing emails.
  5. Save your changes.

By updating the email opt-in settings to "Automatic," customers who make a successful purchase will be subscribed to receive marketing emails as well. This allows you to engage with them and provide relevant information about your products or services.
