When I click 'Show Editor' it says my account is not active

If you receive a message stating that your account is not active when clicking "Show Editor" in Kajabi, the issue might be due to the following reasons:


Existing users:

It's possible that you logged in to Kajabi with a user admin account instead of the main admin account. To resolve this, log out of Kajabi and then log back in using the correct main admin credentials. Additionally, clearing your browser cache before logging in again can help ensure a fresh session.


New users:

If you recently signed up for the Linktopay trial but entered a different email address than your Kajabi login email, it may cause an account activation issue. To resolve this, restart your trial using the same email address that corresponds to your Kajabi admin account. Visit the Linktopay website (www.linktopay.eu) and sign up again using the correct email address.
