How can I download an individual invoice or multiple invoices at once?

To download a single invoice, follow these steps:

  1. Access your Linktopay Dashboard.
  2. Select the customer and payment associated with the invoice you want to download.
  3. Locate the payment details and at the end of the line, you will find a PDF icon.
  4. Click on the PDF icon to initiate the download of the invoice in PDF format.

Please note that downloading all invoices at once is not supported in Linktopay. You will need to download each invoice individually using the method described above.

By following these steps, you can easily obtain specific invoices from your Linktopay Dashboard. However, the functionality to download all invoices simultaneously is not currently available.
