How can I disable the automatic sending of invoices?
To deactivate the automatic sending of invoices, you can customize the settings for each individual product. Please follow these steps:
- Go to the product settings in your Linktopay checkout page.
- Navigate to the Invoice tab within the product settings.
- On the invoice settings tab, select the option to "Do not send an invoice".
By deactivating the automatic invoice sending option for a specific product, you can control whether invoices are generated and sent to customers for that particular product.
Keep in mind that if you choose this option, neither the customer nor you will receive the invoice automatically. Nevertheless, you can always access and download the invoice manually from your Linktopay Dashboard for record-keeping purposes.
