Will new customers automatically gain access to their course on my Kajabi website?

Yes, upon a successful payment, Liktopay will send the customer's name and email to Kajabi. Your customer will then be granted automatic access to Kajabi. Within Kajabi, you can specify which emails your customer will receive, such as login details or a welcome email.

Please note that a member will receive their login details only once. If they already exist in your Kajabi account and were previously a member, they will not receive new login details. This also applies to admins who are testing a new product.
